A vintage-or-older treasure, it is a true ikat, so both sides are the same. Thin and light, it's a bit sleek, with a slight sheen. There are quite a few folds from storage and/or from its former seams. Down one edge you can see where the threads were removed when the kimono was dis-assembled, and other age-related imperfections, per the first photo. But the design is stupendous. 100% Silk.
