BOLT of Obi Hemp from Japan: Trees Collage Print with Black, Stiff Rustic Heavy Thick #154

This fabric was designed for an obi. The trees are dark green, gold and orange-red, overprinted on the chunky woven brown/grey that you can see without the print, on the back of this fabric. The print has a repeat of 19-1/2", and the colors are all strong and contrasty; no fading or lighter areas at all.  This fabric is unused and in excellent condition.  We think it's mostly hemp or wool, with silk.  It's stiff, but not itchy and looks more coarse than it feels. It's 12" wide and about 5.3 yards long. The entire back is the beautiful chunky brown-gray weave shown in the last photos. On the front, the first 47" is solid black. The next 4 yards is the print.   Order "1' for the 22-ounce bolt. Japan.
