Muted Lilac Purple, velvet matte finish, high quality 2-hole button, 21mm / 3/4" and thin. Just enough of the shell's natural glow comes through to create bit of rainbow iridescence and some variance. They have a gorgeous lustre that is almost like suede. Some have rustic 'imperfections' due to the natural shell, per the photos.  (Clearly these are not plastic buttons!)  Smooth but not shiny and not slippery. For your best uses. The backs are mottled purple tones, natural shell.

These read as lighter than the 5/8" size #1222 in most lights, in our opinion.
