Timeless, beloved traditions of Japanese heritage and culture  - peonies, chrysanthemums and other flowers, cherry and plum blossoms, bamboo leaves, clouds - symbolizing good fortune and longevity in Japan. There are areas of dark red too, not very obvious in the photos but they add even more beauty and depth.   Classic, beloved chirimen crepe with a deep pebbly texture, drapey but not liquid drape, flowy, mid-lightweight, with a dry hand and no shine. These vintage pieces were once part of a kimono, and are in excellent condition. From Japan, probably 1980's.  We think all silk. Sold per piece.
