Small shank back Southwest button. Fluted, German Silver button with a faux turquoise 'stone' in the center. Antique silver finish, not domed, with almost no shine and rustic handmade old-looking charm ... As you can see in the last photo, the stones may not be  perfectly centered. The shank opening is about 2.25mm, and the depth of the button including shank is about 3/8."  Sold per button, limited supply. USA.
