3/8" or slightly larger, glowing, smooth and sleek iridescent Mother of Pearl button. Raised rim, true white, sometimes a bit towards off-white or ivory depending on the light.  Almost 1/8" thick which is on the thick side, so it will hold up well for its small size. Two 1.75mm holes, beautiful sheen, natural shell, so there's a slight bit of charming variance. Higher end, real MOP.  Backs: flat, no rim, some all white and some with pink specks.
