Lightweight, durable, ivory/off-white little birds that have a small hole through the center. (They are not buttons). Vintage, hand-carved from bone, some with deeper carving and more detail as you can see. They have the carved detail on both sides so they can face left or right. 1" long and about 1/4" across the belly. Most are off white/pale ivory. A few are darker, more yellowish; see last photo.
