Sleek, soft, with a charmeuse sheen in the base jacquard weave, made up of thousands of tiny five-petaled flowers, over the entire lush floral print of large peonies. Gleaming, glowing, smooth satin hand, medium-light weight, deep purples, peach pinks, white, silver and pale gold. The shibori is actually faux shibori, part of the print. The art and the sheen play in the light. 14" wide and sold by the full yard, we'll cut yours in one piece from the never-used, excellent condition bolt. Fine 100% Silk and a stunning print. Seems fairly new to us, we're guessing it's not vintage. Japan.
