Dusty Rose Chirimen Crepe Pastel Floral Print, Kimono Faux Silk, Polyester From Japan By the Yard #842

The texture is just like silk chirimen crepe, with a dry hand, no shine, good drape and deep 'rivulets' but surprisingly, it's 100% polyester. (!!) Classic dusty rose color with peachy-pink, light blue, light green and white, small fans and flowers. It's lightweight, flowy and supple, and the crepe texture shows up well. We assume it would be machine washable and dryable, but just in case, test a swatch first. 15" wide, which is an inch wider than most vintage kimono silk from Japan, and we think this bolt is not vintage.  Sold by the full yard and we'll cut yours in one piece from the bolt.  Poly.
