Mini Bolt of Solid Black Cotton Lining from Japan, Still Folded/Tied #289

Thin, light weight, soft 14" wide black cotton from Japan. The texture is smooth and finely woven, not shiny, not slubby.  We haven't opened it completely, and the folded, thread-tied bolt weight 15 ounces and measures about 4" x 14". x 3/4" thick..  We assume it's a bolt for lining a cotton yukata kimono, which would be 4-5 yards.  But the weight and the number of folds-within-folds makes us think it's probably more than that. From what we can see, it looks like excellent, pristine condition, finely woven 100% Cotton.  Never used, labels still intact, age unknown. Japan. Order "1" for the mini bolt.
