All the waves and waves within waves are created with tiny white or perhaps light blue dots, typical of Edo Komon prints from Japan - on navy background. This chirimen crepe has a slightly pebbled texture, shown best in the last photo of the end of the bolt. It's light and flowy, supple, drapey, with a dry hand and no shine. 14" wide and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the never-used, excellent condition vintage bolt. 100% Silk.
