Dyed Mother of Pearl shell button with natural imperfections as you can see, from the Mother of Pearl patterns showing up. High shine, lots of variance. 11.5mm, a wee bit larger than 7/16". and not quite 1/2". Most are about 1.4mm thick but there are some thicker. Holes are about 1.25mm.
