3/4" diameter shank back concho button. This fluted, German Silver button has a faux turquoise 'stone' in the center. Antique buff finish with a bit of shine.  Made in Colorado, from German Silver. New to look old. The shank opening is about 2mm, and the depth of the button including shank is about 3/8."  Sold per button. 

Repousse refers to the metalworking technique in which the metal is shaped by hammering from the reverse side to create the design in relief on the front.
