It's not textured like real shibori would be but does have a bit of a crepe hand-feel, but fairly smooth, with no shine. We think it's factory made, machine washable and dryable poly crepe. 14\" wide and sold by the full yard; we'll cut yours in one piece from the never-used bolt. In like new condition, 100% Polyester.
